• API usage data — API request logs, IP addresses, and device/browser information for security and auditing.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the WatNexus platform.
• To send messages, OTP codes, and campaigns on your behalf through the WhatsApp Business API.
• To track message delivery status and provide usage analytics.
• To authenticate API keys and enforce permissions and rate limits.
• To process Meta webhooks for status updates and inbound messages.

4. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business API. Message content, recipient phone numbers, and related data are processed by Meta in accordance with Meta's own policies. We also use Google for sign-in (Socialite) where applicable.

5. Data Security

We apply industry-standard security measures, including encrypted WhatsApp credentials at rest, HMAC-verified webhooks, API key authentication with optional IP whitelisting, and complete company-level data isolation between tenants. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with Meta (as required to deliver WhatsApp messages), with service providers that help us operate the platform, or when required by law.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
